Get your
WIRING wrong and they WILL burn out or will glow the wrong colour and will
eventually burn out and may become a hazard !!!
Get your
POWER SUPPLY wrong and they will burn out or will glow the wrong colour and
will eventually burn out and may become a hazard !!!
Wire in a
replacement into your circuit and it will burn out AGAIN or will glow the wrong
colour again and will eventually burn out and may become a hazard !!!
IT IS YOUR WIRING THAT IS INCORRECT or YOU HAVE USED
AN INCORRECT POWER SUPPLY or YOU HAVE A LINK INTO ANOTHER CIRCUIT.
Do not
apply a transformer power supply direct to an LED to TEST it – It will burn
out !!!
You must
use the CORRECT POWER SUPPLY and
IT MUST be
wired up correctly using:
A RESISTOR – Yes a
correct one used in the CORRECT PLACE !!!
THE CORRECT POLARITY “-“
or “+”
THE CORRECT SWITCHES
THE CORRECT WIRE
Follow
MANUFACTURERS instructions EXACTLY as
instructed !!!
DO NOT
LINK INTO OTHER CIRCUITS ON YOUR LAYOUT
!!!
WARNING -
Incorrect wiring and power supply will DESTROY an LED’s in a blink of an
eye !!
If an LED – Glows or changes colour – YOU HAVE GOT IT WRONG – you have applied FAR TOO MUCH POWER directly or indirectly !!!
If it any
DOUBT consult a local electronic or electrical engineer.
